Letter Service - One-Time-Send
What is a One-Time-Send and why would I want to use it?
If you have graduated or your Alumni Advantage membership has expired, you may continue to make requests by paying the increased processing fees associated with our One-Time-Send service. There is no limit to the number of times you can submit a One-Time-Send request.
When you login to your Letter Service account, you will be able to view your account and add letters as always. However, when you select "Make Request", you will automatically be directed to the One-Time-Send request page. At this point you can decide whether or not to reactivate your Letter Service account or continue with your One-Time-Send request.
If you wish to reactivate and still logged online, select "UC Alumni Reactivation" on your main menu page to extend your expiration date. You will then be charged the lower processing fees which is preferable when applying to numerous institutions within a year. One-Time-Sends are useful if you only apply to one or two schools/programs. Using our One Time Send feature does not reactivate your Letter Service account.
