How do I login to my existing Letter Service account?

Students: If you are a current student and have an established Letter Service account, you will use CalNet to login

Alumni/Other: If you are an alum or using Career Center services through Degree Verification and/or have an established Letter Service account, you must login using the Alumni Login. You can set and reset your password by selecting "Forgot Your Password" but will need your Career Center ID to do so.

I had establish a Letter Service account but not an alum, not currently registered or cannot use Calnet, how do I access my online account??

Any client with an existing online Letter Service account can login using the Alumni Login. You can set or reset your password by selecting "Forgot Your Password" but will need your CCID# to do so. If you receive an error message trying to set or reset your password, please email a screenshot of the error to Letter@berkeley.edu.

Why is my letter "Pending Waiver"?

All letters submitted to the Letter Service must be accompanied by a waiver statement form. "Pending Waiver" indicates the waiver was never received. In order to have this letter made available to you, you will need to submit a waiver statement designating letter as CONFIDENTIAL. After your signed waiver is received, the status will be updated and you can then select the letter for a transfer.

Send an email to Letter@berkeley.edu to request a copy of the waiver statement form. Please include your full name, SID# or CCID# and your email address in this message. You can return your signed waiver statement as a PDF attachment to Letter@berkeley.edu.
