Letter Service Online

Payments & Accounting

The "Account" page allows you to review all transactions that have occurred as well as the amount of money you still have available. If your Account Balance is $0, you will need to make a payment before you can submit a request online. Payments can be made:

  1. online with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)
  2. by telephone with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa)
  3. by mail with a check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa) - Credit Card Authorization Form
  4. in person with a check, credit card or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)
You can request a refund for any unused money by contacting the Letter Service via email or telephone.


To actually deposit money into your account via online credit card transaction, select "Payment" from the Main Menu and follow the instructions. Clients with Apple computers (MAC) or AOL browser may experience difficulties with the payment page. If you experience any difficulty, MAC users should try another browser or contact the Letter Service immediately at (510) 642-1716 for further assistance.
