Letter Service - One-Time-Send
What is a One-Time-Send and why would I want to use it?
If you have graduated or your Alumni Advantage membership has expired, you may continue to send out letters by paying the increased mailing fees associated with our One-Time-Send service. There is no limit to the number of times that you can submit a One-Time-Send request.
When you login to your Letter Service account, you'll be able to view your account and add letters as always. However, when you Make a Request to have letters sent, you'll automatically be directed to the One-Time-Send request page. At this point you can decide whether or not to purchase/re-purchase Alumni Advantage.
If you wish to reactivate, login to your Letter Service account and select "UC Alumni Reactivation" to extend your expiration date. You will then pay a lower mailing fee which is preferable when mailing to numerous institutions within a year. Currently registered students have their status automatically extended when they log in using CalNet.
One Time Sends may only be useful if you plan to send letters to one or two schools. Using the One Time Send feature does not reactivate your file.
