Letter Service - Important Dates & Deadlines
Please plan in advance to allow for delays. Our work schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All University offices (including the University Mailing Division) are closed during Academic Holidays. See chart below for holidays that fall during the peak application period.
These closures will affect mail deliveries and request processing time. Example: Requests submitted after 10am on the business day before a holiday will not begin processing until the first business day when we reopen.
