Do I need to reactivate my file? If you are a student, or haven’t graduated, and you are being charged the One-Time-Send fees, you need to contact The Letter Service. The Letter Service can extend your membership if you are a currently registered student and have paid all the fees, provided that you submit a Degree Verification Form. If you are an Alumnus and your file has expired, after you login you will be automatically directed to the One-Time-Send (OTS) request page. You may proceed to make a OTS and pay the increased mailing fees or choose to Reactivate your file. To Reactivate your file, see our How to Reactivate a File section for instructions. To submit requests, login and click on Make Request. All requests must be submitted online. No email, fax or phone requests accepted.
We do not accept cash payments and 3rd party checks nor do we accept credit card authorization via email or fax. |
