Protecting Your CalJobs Account

The Career Center wants to advise you about protecting your access to CalJobs. The CalJobs system is designed for the exclusive use of Berkeley students as well as alumni participating in the Alumni Advantage program.

We strongly discourage the practice of "lending" your username and password to others. In circumstances where we suspect that account access information has been shared and unauthorized access has been granted to our CalJobs systems, our policy is to immediately suspend all user privileges, investigate the situation, and possibly refer the case to the Office of Student Conduct.

The services of the Career Center, including the CalJobs system, are for the benefit of Berkeley students and affiliated alumni, and we remain committed to providing service access to rightful users and preventing improper access to users' accounts.
