Professional or Graduate School Statement Review
Use this service to get feedback on your statement for professional or graduate school. Before submitting your statement,
please read the following guidelines:
- You may submit ONLY ONE statement for review in a given year.
- After you submit your statement for review, a career counselor will respond to you within five business days (M-F).
- Feedback will focus on content ONLY (no grammatical mistakes will be corrected) and at no time will statements be reviewed in person (includes 15 min. Mini and 45 minute appointments).
- Your statement cannot exceed 5 pages (double-space, 12 point font and no more than 9,400 characters - including spaces) otherwise, it will be cut-off and the over-limit portion will not be reviewed.
- Your statement may either be copied and pasted from a word processing program or typed directly into the "Statement Text" box.
- You MUST include statement instructions from the program to which you plan to apply. If the instructions are not included, your statement will be returned immediately without a review.
- Your statement should be in final draft form upon submission.
It is strongly recommended that before submitting your statement you

writing workshop (during academic year).
