Graduate or Professional School Information Sessions

Graduate and professional schools may wish to hold an information session on the UC Berkeley campus and, once scheduled, the Career Center will post the session on our Handshake events section. We'll also include a notice in appropriate CareerMail lists.

Here is the procedure:

  1. Reserve a room
    • Contact the facility directly to reserve the room you will need. Schedule your room at least six weeks in advance for maximum space availability and publicity purposes. Refer to the Campus Venues page for location details and contact info, catering, and A/V equipment.
    • Alternatively there may be limited space available in the Career Center's Blue & Gold Rooms. For more information, contact ASUC Event Services at eventservices@berkeley.edu.
  2. Promote your session to students - Once you're confirmed your room, fill out this form and the Career Center will promote your session to students via our Calendar and CareerMails.
