On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)

The Career Center coordinates all on-campus recruiting, except for MBA and Law students. We use a 100% preselect, web-based interview scheduling system. OCR services are integrated into our CalJobs system powered by NACElink Network.

To get started, you must first request on-campus interview dates online. The Recruiting staff will then confirm your date(s) via email and provide further instructions. Refer to the other resources listed here for additional program and campus information.

You can manage your entire on-campus recruiting efforts online - from schedule setup and job entry through candidate preselection and notification to printing your final schedules. Students have ready access to your online recruiting information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. When you have ongoing or projected staffing needs for full-time and/or summer positions, take advantage of OCR to strategically recruit Cal students for your organization.
