On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) provides current UC Berkeley students and UC Berkeley graduates who are active Alumni Advantage members the opportunity to interview with 350+ employers who visit the Career Center during the Fall and Spring semesters. Full-time entry-level jobs and summer internships, primarily in business and technical fields, are offered through the OCR program. You'll find OCR listings via CalJobs, part of the Callisto online suite of employment, internship, and graduate school resources. OCR interviews occur from early October through mid November for the Fall semester and late January through mid April for the Spring semester. Resume submission deadlines vary, so check Callisto often!
